USER RESEARCH
USER FLOW
To map out the user's in-app journey, we started with the user flow to understand how each feature will unfold. We crafted individual user flows for each feature and then stitched them together to ensure the app's flow remains seamless.
PROMOTIONAL VIDEO
We packed all the features into a vibrant visual language and came up with a promotional video for Gpay 4.0. Our video aims to give snippets of our new features to the target audience. This can be used across different audio/visual platforms to market the new release. Through our video we want to communicate the support our product provides the user while making their money management painless!
WORKSHOP
We conducted a workshop with the clients to aid us in finding the way forward and diving into the insights that we found. We built a creative matric structure that helped us to generate a wide range of ideas in a short amount of time. As we stepped into the ideation phase, it was the best time to cross-pollinate and generate ideas to find the intersections.
WIREFRAMES
Each team came up with concept solutions that are tailored to not only solve the generic problems of a financial group but to adapt and serve each persona’s unique characteristics and family constructs. The concepts we built stemmed from the personas within various levels of the framework. Through this, we developed product ideas to build inclusive financial experiences for the gig work community.
